Hello, my name is David Knops Jr and I am the owner and inspector of CertifiedPro Home Inspection LLC. I founded this business in April of 2024 so I could operate my own business and take better control of my time. I have lived in the Columbus and Edinburgh area for over 40 years with no plans to move.
I am a family man, married for over 18 years to my beautiful wife Melissa. We have 4 grown children and 2 grandchildren at the moment. I enjoy camping, watching football, live music, and I love animals to name a few of my interests. I definitely enjoy quality time at home with my family, friends, and pets.
What makes me a good home inspector? I have over 10 years experience in general construction having built various types of buildings using all sorts of materials and tools. I also attended Home Inspector Institute and online training through InterNACHI. My certifications and affiliations are:
