We are a small family owned business that resides in Edinburgh Indiana. We serve all the surrounding areas as well as Columbus, Seymour, Franklin, Shelbyville, and Greensburgh to name a few. Our Inspector, David Knops, attended and is certified through Home Inspector Intitute, is a Certified Professional Inspector through the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI), and he is Licensed in the state of Indiana for home inspections and Wood Destroying Pest inspections. CertifiedPro Home Inspection LLC strictly adheres to the InterNACHI Standards of Practice (SOP) and InterNACHI’s Code of Ethics.

Reports are usually delivered within 2 hours of the completion of the inspection but sometimes delays happen.
